Brothers,If I had known the complexity and difficulty of editing and producing a long DVD/VHS video, I might never have volunteered for the job. This project has taken on a life of its own and almost took over mine!
Progressing from raw digital camera footage to high quality videos was a crooked path, beset with evil traps for the novice editor. The path wandered through four primary software packages, with necessary detours through three other software packages for editing audio, stills and titles. However, without a map, I was snared by several traps and dead ends… like incompatible formats.
Replay the reunion weekend. I think you will enjoy the Saturday morning introductions and you will savor each of the Saturday evening “Remember When” stories.
My editing journey was not for the faint-of-heart, but I hope you will agree the final results are worth the effort.
Enjoy,Ernie Strong

P.S. The video files were burned onto DVD+R disks, which should run in most home DVD players and computer DVD drives (bought in the last 2-3 years). If the DVD+R format will not run on your equipment, return it and I will replace it with a VHS tape or a refund.
