New Instructions for Reserving Your Hotel Rooms at AUHCC

On September 20, Adam Keeshan, Conference Services Manager, at the Auburn Hotel & Conference Center (AUHCC) notified the Reunion Team that only a few discount rooms are still available to our group. Adam has discontinued the previous methods for automatically reserving discount rooms. Please use only the following method to reserve rooms at AUHCC.

1. New Reservation Method at AUHCC (Effective September 20):

Call Adam Keeshan**, Conference Services Manager, during business hours at 334-321-3177 and tell him you are with the "Fiji 50th Reunion Group for the nights of October 19 and 20." Adam will tell you if any discount rooms are available for the base price of $109 per night. If all of our discount rooms have been rented, Adam will transfer you to a Reservation Agent, who will offer you a room at the current Best Available rate.

**If Adam does not answer his phone, please record a callback message. Do NOT press zero, because you will likely be connected to a person who knows nothing about our remaining discount rooms.
Most of our reunion events will be held in the AUHCC conference facility, which is conveniently located on South College Street near the Fiji Chapter House.
